If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to return the purchased products.

Upon receipt of the package, we will evaluate the state of conservation of the product, and in one working day you will receive an email from our staff. If successful, we will refund immediately, excluding shipping costs and customs duties.
All returned products will be refunded to the payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid, paypal,) or by bank transfer.

We accept returns for ready-made items. In the case of MTO, MTM, BESPOKE, returns are not accepted.
Please note that shipping and duty charges are non-refundable.
The products must be returned intact and in perfect condition, and sent in the original packaging; the product must not have been used, refurbished or damaged.
Items returned damaged, soiled, creased, scuffed or in any other condition that suggests they have been worn or used will not be refunded or replaced.
Any goods returned in unsaleable conditions will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be made.
